Paradiso in Arlington

Hidden away in what seems like a commercial or business park, Paradiso is a gem.

Chips and water were on the table when I arrived, and I ordered the enchilada-chile relleno lunch combo within three minutes.

I went with cheeses beef on the waiter’s recommendation.

Rice- great!  Moist and Flavorful but too salty. Excellent color.

Beans- I appreciate that they were not over salted, but they were pretty standard.

Enchilada- the shredded beef was the right choice. I’d gladly eat another enchilada here.

Chile relleno- good, definitely not bad, but not great white buffalo. No star of the show, but quite enjoyable when paired with the rice, beans, and chips (no tortillas included).  Quantity was great, and value-wise this was a steal at $9.79. Will I be back?  Most likely. Will I order another chile relleno?  That remains to be seen.
